This raffle is conducted by the Maryland Symphony Orchestra, Inc. in accordance with applicable Maryland and local laws. All proceeds benefit the Maryland Symphony Orchestra.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Each $25 ticket represents one chance to win. The winning ticket will be drawn during the Symphony Ball on November 7, 2026, at Fountain Head Country Club in Hagerstown, Maryland. The winner need not be present to win and will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
The prize consists of one pre-owned Rolex Yacht-Master watch and related accessories described in the raffle listing. The prize is awarded “as is.” No cash alternative, substitution, exchange, transfer, or refund will be provided. The Maryland Symphony Orchestra and the donor make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, value, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future performance of the prize.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, reporting requirements, insurance, appraisal, maintenance, delivery arrangements, and any other costs associated with claiming or accepting the prize.
