MSO Night at Meritus Park

Join us for Maryland Symphony Orchestra Night at Meritus Park! Our hometown Hagerstown Flying Boxcars play against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. The game starts at 6:30 PM. Gates to the stadium open at 6:00 PM. Your event ticket includes admission to the game, seating on the Point Broadband picnic deck, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. Maryland Symphony Orchestra Music Director and Conductor, Elizabeth Schulze, will throw out the first pitch of the game.

Salute to Independence 2024

Since 1986 the Maryland Symphony Orchestra has presented a free “Salute to Independence” Concert to celebrate the independence of our great nation.  The “Salute” has been billed as “Maryland’s Most Patriotic Event” and has also been recognized by the American Bus Association as “One of the Top 100 Events in North America.” The evening concert typically attracts thousands of people from all over and is capped off by a spectacular fireworks display, one of the largest in the region.
