Mozart+Mahler Inclement Weather Cancellation

Tonight's performance of "Mozart+Mahler" (Saturday, March 12, 2022) presented by the Maryland Symphony Orchestra at the Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

For patrons with in person tickets for the Saturday, March 12th Maryland Symphony performances at the Maryland Theatre, you may:

  1. Attend the Sunday, March 13th performance at the Maryland Theatre. Simply bring your ticket to the Box Office on Sunday, March 13th, 2022 for an equal ticket exchange. You may not receive the exact same seat(s), but we will do our best to accommodate with seating as close to your original seats as possible.
  2. request access to the virtual live stream of the concert on MSO Live! (with a partial refund or tax deductible donation)
  3. donate your ticket as a tax deductible gift to the orchestra
  4. request a full refund of your ticket to your original payment method.

To help expedite this process, if you do not already have live streaming access and are requesting access, if you are requesting a partial refund, would like to make a donation, or requesting a full refund, you can use our convenient online form by CLICKING HERE.

Please note, refund requests by phone will not be taken until Monday, March 14th during business hours. Due to the weather, our staff is currently not in the box office to assist with these requests.

Consider this...

If you are unable to attend the Sunday, March 13th performance at the Maryland Theatre, all subscribers and ticket holders will have the option to stream the performances for a period of seven days on over 1,000 devices including iOS, Android, MACs, PCs, and via Roku, Amazon Fire, Airplay, and Chromecast. Additionally, native apps can now be downloaded on Roku and Fire TV for easier viewing at home. You can view the live stream of the performance on MSO Live! (watch.marylandsymphony.org). If you do not have an MSO Live! streaming account, please email our box office at tickets@marylandsymphony.org and we'll set up an account for you! The performance live stream is $29.99 per household. We are happy to refund the price difference between the value of your ticket(s) and the price of the live stream. Live streaming is already included with all season subscriptions.

CONCERT CANCELLATION POLICY

The refund/exchange policy for a cancelled concert is as follows:

  • All exchanges, refunds or tax-deductible requests must be made within 30 days of the cancelled concert.
  • All ticket holders may exchange their tickets for the same performance instance at no cost. Exchanges must be for tickets of equal or lesser value and occur in the same season. There is no refund for difference in value if the exchanged ticket is of lesser value that the original ticket. Same seat availability is not guaranteed for exchanges.
  • Tickets may be returned to the MSO Box Office for a tax-deductible contribution receipt. The value of the tickets returned will equal the donation amount.
  • Ticket holders may request a refund of the ticket value. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 30 days of the request for refund.
