DESCRIPTION:HAGERSTOWN COMMUNITY COLLEGEAlumni AmphitheaterWednesday\, July 3\, 2024 | 8:00 PMTickets are not required for this FREE community event. The HCC Amphitheater offers approximately 400 “stadium style” seats and enough lawn seating to accommodate approximately 2\,000 additional guests. \nHCC Campus Opens at 6:00 PMConcert begins at 8:00 PMFireworks scheduled for 10:00 PM \nSince 1986 the Maryland Symphony Orchestra has presented a free “Salute to Independence” Concert to celebrate the independence of our great nation.  Held on the first weekend in July\, the “Salute” has been billed as “Maryland’s Most Patriotic Event” and has also been recognized by the American Bus Association as “One of the Top 100 Events in North America.” The evening concert typically attracts thousands of people from all over and is capped off by a spectacular fireworks display\, one of the largest in the region. \nNote: All seating is outdoors and uncovered. Please plan accordingly.
