At the heart of the program is Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet\, celebrated for its sweeping melodies and dramatic intensity. \nMendelssohn’s beloved Overture to A Midsummer Night’s Dream captures the wit\, mystery\, and lightness of Shakespeare’s magical comedy.
